Operations Manager 

  • Full Time Role (37.5 hours)
  • Venue Based
  • £30,000 per annum

We are seeking a detailed and process-driven Operations Manager, responsible for smooth and efficient administration of the charity. Work with the Senior Management Team to develop and support

  • Operational Policy and Procedure
  • Financial Management
  • Monitoring and Evaluation
  • Staffing and Volunteers
  • Premises Management

within Tramshed’s objectives, vision and mission.

Development Manager 

  • 16 hours per week (0.4)
  • £33,000 per annum pro rata

The Development Manager will work with the Senior Management Team to support new and existing fundraising initiatives. The successful candidate will join the team with the aim of achieving targets for Phase 2 of our Capital project plus new and ongoing strands of Revenue funding for Tramshed’s work with and for the community across the borough of Greenwich.

They will

  • Gain excellent understanding of Tramshed values and mission
  • Research and identify suitable funding streams
  • Work with Senior Management to draft narrative/budgets
  • Have good understanding of Fundraising Due Diligence

As part of this transformative year, we are looking for people to join us as volunteers. This will help us bring fun and creativity to everyone in Greenwich and give back to the local community. We are looking for people who are interested in the arts, their local community, or those who want to learn something new!

We have a lot of events and different opportunities to get involved with, and at Tramshed there is a place for everyone. The ideal person will be someone who enjoys being a part of a team, helping others, and meeting new people.

We are looking to create a pool of volunteers from across our borough so that people can stay up to date with all of Tramshed's activities and get as involved as they like. We have events near you in locations such as Kidbrooke, Charlton and Blackheath, so you never have to travel far and you can join us for multiple events around the borough, the choice is completely up to you.
