LOCATION
Whatever Makes You Happy is a long-running creative arts and mental health group at Tramshed, now in its 15th year. Designed for young people aged 10-14, this program provides free access to Art and Drama therapy, led by two accredited practitioners who are experts in their field. The group offers a supportive environment for young people to express themselves through art, drama, and play.
The program is ideal for:
Young people facing mental health challenges
Those with Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)
Young people who may need a confidence boost
Neurodiverse individuals seeking a safe space for creative expression
Term Dates:
Term 1: Wednesday, October 16th to Wednesday, December 18th (10 weeks, no break)
Term 2: Wednesday, January 15th to Wednesday, February 12th; half-term break the week of February 17th; resumes from February 26th to March 26th.
Summer term dates will be confirmed later.
Referrals:
The program operates on a referral-only basis. Parent referrals may be accepted in specific circumstances.
