Throughout lockdown the Tramshed team has been taking time to talk about what we offer our community, what stories we prioritise giving space to and who is part of our decision making process.
We know that we are working through times of huge change; there has been more to listen to, read, ask about, digest and own every day. We recognise it is not enough to be quietly non-racist. It is time to be actively anti-racist. We believe that Black Lives Matter and we stand with all of our Black young people, community members, emerging artists, audiences, staff members and board members.
We will be keeping up the conversations in the months to come. We will be sharing our thoughts and decisions across platforms and welcome comments, questions or suggestions.
