Tramshed, home to Census 2021 Hero Pamela Franklin

Tramshed, home to Census 2021 Hero Pamela Franklin

2021 is a census year, and the Census and the Office for National Statistics are celebrating community heroes who have gone above and beyond for their communities over the last year. Our very own hero is Pamela Franklin, a Tramshed regular and the powerhouse behind the Caribbean Social Forum who meet at the Tramshed (in usual times!) every Thursday.

"Tramshed is delighted to congratulate Pamela Franklin on her Census 2021 Community Hero award. Her commitment and energy to found, establish and then build the Caribbean Social forum has been an shining example to us all; Tramshed is honoured to be associated with the Social Forum and of course Pamela and in providing a home for the group we look forward to this wonderful partnership going forward for many years to come.”

Congratulations to Pamela on her outstanding achievement, we can't wait to open our doors again to the Social Forum.

Make sure to take part in the census and play a role in the decisions made effecting your local community and area.
